I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, stress, perfectionism, phobias, panic attacks, and grief. My training in Brainspotting and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy integrates brain-based, body-centered, relational, and developmental ideologies for holistic healing. By blending evidence-based and results-driven practices with an attuned therapeutic relationship, clients start to trust themselves, embrace their strengths and imperfections, discover innate resiliency, and find peace and love from within.
