Make a Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless an alternative billing plan has been established between you and Brittany Bagy, LPC.
Brittany is a private pay provider and is considered out-of-network with insurance. Receipts of service and superbills are offered upon request. Please note, health insurance companies only cover therapy when a clinical diagnosis is submitted. If you request a receipt of services to submit to your insurance provider, a diagnosis must be included to be considered for reimbursement purposes. Brittany ensures all health and therapy records are highly protected by HIPAA and state laws to assure your privacy.
Health Savings Accounts, cash, check, and credit cards are all accepted methods of payment. You can make pre-payments, payments for late cancellations, or a credit card payment below using PayPal.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in full payment.
